Meet Kristina Perkins (Drapeau): Preserving Stories That Matter

With over 20 years as a national award-winning journalist and educator, I have dedicated my life to the art of storytelling. From the anchor desk at Global News Radio to the front of the Radio Television classroom at NAIT, my passion has always been helping people find and share their voices.

As a broadcast journalist, I interviewed thousands of individuals—each with a story as unique as their fingerprint. I learned to listen deeply, ask the right questions, and capture the moments that shape a life. My years on air taught me how to bring out the heart of a story.

Today, I bring these skills to The Sound Story Studio—helping families and individuals preserve their memories and wisdom for generations to come. I guide each client through a comfortable, conversational interview process that feels more like sharing over coffee than a formal production. My background ensures your story is captured with clarity, warmth, and professionalism.

Everyone has a story worth telling. I would be honored to help you record yours.
